We keep this short because we collect very little.

What we collect. To create your account and license your products, we collect your first name, last name, username, and email address. For products that require registration, we also collect your NinjaTrader Machine ID so your license can be issued and validated, and some products let you register up to two Machine IDs. A NinjaTrader Machine ID is a licensing identifier only: it cannot be used to access your computer, your files, or any personal information, and every NinjaTrader vendor uses it for the same purpose. That is all we collect.

What we do not collect. We do not collect your mailing address or any other personal information. We never see or store your payment or card details. All payments are processed securely by PayPal, and your financial information stays with PayPal.

How we use it. We use your information only to operate your account, deliver and license the products you purchase, provide updates and support, and send order and registration emails related to your purchases.

What we never do. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your information. We have no affiliates and no third-party marketing. Your information is never handed to anyone for their own use.

Cookies. Our site uses only the standard functional cookies needed to log you in and run your cart and checkout. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your control. You may contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete your account information.
