1.) The first thing to check is that your NinjaTrader Machine ID has not changed!

Have you Changed Machines? Upgraded Ninjatrader and/or Windows? Installed
New Hardware?  Had a Recent Crash? All of these things (and many more)
can cause your machine id to change and/or create issues with any software.

2.) The next thing to check is errors in your Control Center Log Tab!

Volume Profile Orderflow is my only product that requires Tick or Tick Replay!

Many of my products might allow using tick data by choice.. but in most cases..
For Best Efficiency vs Accuracy.. one minute data is used for all calculations..

While tick data is a bit more accurate, it also requires much more resources..
Have you ever tried loading months of tick data on a chart? Doesn’t work well!

In all my testing.. using one min data instead is very very close in accuracy,
but also doesn’t require near the overhead.. making it the much better choice..
(imo) when it comes to accuracy vs efficiency vs possible chart lag/response..

Plus it allows maintaining the same plotted values across any chart you use!
Every Product I sell.. will have the same values plotted across every chart!
(what ever the bar type, chart type, period, candlestick, and/or whatever!)

VP Composite

Displays a volume histogram on either side of your chart, for a desired period of time.
Between any two dates, start and end.. usually a day from the past to the current bar
for a real time developing histogram of volume from a selected start date to present..

VPComposite

VP Sessions

Displays a profile for whatever type of session you select. Seven Sessions Types Available
(Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Contract, etc.. (for instance below are both daily and weekly)

VP Dynamics

A manual drawing tool! Allows you to manually draw a profile anywhere you choose..
Simply click once to start and click again to end..

VPDynamic

VP Composite, Dynamics, and Sessions have choice between volume (VPO) or time (TPO)

When using TPO: time of bar you want tpo’s based on must also be chosen. (default 30min)
When using VPO: default calculations based on 1min data, for best accuracy vs efficiency.

While tick data is a bit more accurate, it also requires much more resources.

The histo currently doesn’t use letters.. the same style histo is used for both vpo/tpo.
Testing alternatives, but rendering all those letters seems a bit resource intensive..
