How do I obtain my Machine ID?
To Process Your Order, We Need Some Additional Information.
Please email the following Information to email@example.com
Disregard if you provided this information in the “Order Notes” when placing your order!
User Name: (Your First and Last Name)
Product ID: (The Name of the Product you Purchased)
User Email: (Your PayPal Email will be used for registration)
Machine ID: (Instructions for Obtaining this are Outlined Below)
To obtain your unique machine ID, you will need to utilize NinjaTrader7’s built in 3rd party licensing Utility. This can be found under the Help Tab, of the NinjaTrader7 Control Center.
1.) Please open up NinjaTrader7
Navigate to your Control Center
Click on Help
Then Click – 3rd party licensing
A window will now appear that looks like this:
Now Please enter the following information:
2.) For vendor name, Please use – HighTechTradingAnalysis
3.) For user defined ID, Please use – Any Unique ID you want
Once you’ve entered this information, Click Submit:
4.) Copy and Paste/Save the automatically generated machine ID:
Please send all the above information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will finalize your order process, and send you an email with your registration/installation instructions ASAP!

My Product has Stopped Working?
Have you Changed Machines? Upgraded Ninjatrader and/or Windows? Installed New Hardware? Had a Recent Crash?
All of these things (and many more) can cause your machine id to change and/or create problems with any software (including ours).
Please send an email to support explaining your situation, and we will do our very best to help resolve your situation!
If the situation is your Machine ID (mid) has changed, then Please include your new mid that you would like to activate, and your old mid that we can deactivate.
