Digital products, final sale. HTech products are digital software products. Once a product has been purchased, downloaded, licensed, registered, accessed, or used, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Individual product licenses. An individual product purchase includes a non-expiring license for that product and one year of free updates from the date of purchase. When the update period ends, the product does not expire, but future updates are not included unless you purchase a new update period, upgrade, or replacement license.

All Access membership. All Access is an annual access membership for eligible HTech NinjaTrader tools. It does not auto-renew and does not bill again automatically. When the membership expires, access ends unless you choose to purchase a new membership.

Registration required. HTech products, including free products, require registration before they can be used. Registration may require your NinjaTrader Machine ID or other licensing information, depending on the product.

Privacy. We collect only what is needed to run your account and license your products, and we never sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy.

Single user, no sharing. Licenses are for the original purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, distributed, reverse engineered, or used by multiple customers. Sharing a download, password, account, or registration is prohibited and may result in license termination.

Educational purpose only. Trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all traders. HTech products, videos, examples, education, comments, and support materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only, and are not financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, or trading advice.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own trading decisions, software installation, platform configuration, brokerage connection, risk management, and use of any HTech product.
