Common questions
Why offer All Access as one membership?
Individual products are still available, but the catalog has grown far beyond a few standalone tools. Every tool takes real time to build, maintain, update, license, document, and support. All Access is the better path for traders who want the full toolkit: one reasonably priced membership that keeps support, updates, and ongoing development sustainable.
Does All Access renew automatically?
No. The annual membership is deliberately non-renewing. It stops after one year and does not create a recurring billing agreement. When it expires you choose to re-buy for another year.
Does it include every current HTech NinjaTrader 8 tool?
Yes. The All Access tools suite is intended to include every current HTech NinjaTrader 8 product, plus additional tools, utilities, and extras that are not all listed as individual website products.
Can I still buy individual tools?
Yes. Individual products remain available: pay once up front and your tools never expire. All Access is simply an alternative path: one membership that lets you experience the complete HTech toolkit, all at once, at a reasonable price.
What if I am an existing HTech customer?
Nothing changes with the products you already own. Your existing licenses continue to work under the same terms they had when you bought them. Existing customers may also qualify for special All Access pricing based on recent purchase history.
Will these tools clutter my charts or slow down NinjaTrader?
No, not in normal use. All Access gives you access to the tools; it does not mean every tool has to run on every chart. You control what is installed, shown, hidden, and used in your own workspace. Normal platform performance still depends on your PC, workspace, data settings, and how much you load.
Does All Access provide trading signals?
No. All Access does not provide trading signals, trade calls, automated entries, profit promises, or prop-firm promotions. It is a collection of NinjaTrader 8 tools for everyday workflow, charting, drawing, analysis, order and risk handling, volume context, market structure, and trade review.
Do you offer refunds after purchase?
